Our Guarantee

To help control the associated costs of hiring for you, our Single Hiring Solution is a ‘fixed cost’ offering.

Solution 1. We offer a fixed rate service for hiring 1 staff member.    

To Start  We Invoice in (two components)    

INVOICE Part A. INITIATION COSTS .

The imitation costs are agreed with you in advance and payable to commence the process. These costs often relate to premium advertising costs.  

INVOICE Part B.  PERFORMANCE PAYMENT

When a candidate has accepted the position, we will invoice your business our advertised ‘flat fee’ rate, less Part A, INITIATION COSTS.

OUR GUARANTEE

If for some reason you decide NOT to employ a candidate, we will not request the Performance Component associated with our services.

This Guarantee relates only to engaging our services for a Single Campaign.

Service B / 3 Months Multiple Hiring Support
